Known as “Party Heaven”, this unique setting is great for casual events, and comes with an outdoor private bar, and optional outdoor mesquite grill.
Sam’s palm tree heaters, ocean view countertops, patio seating, and cozy firepits provide the perfect party atmosphere. It’s also a great outdoor location for Sam’s authentic New England Style “Lobster Clambake” experience, which is steamed outside in the traditional manner. South Beach can easily accommodate a band for an outdoor event with music.
