Accessible by a wooden stairway that leads down to the property below Sam’s, this site is a wonderful location for a wedding reception, business offsite, or family gathering, and is especially well suited for Sam’s famous outdoor Lobster Clambake. The beach area can be used for teambuilding events, or to entertain the kids during family events. The area comes complete with heat lamps and umbrellas.
