Beachfront Lawn
Sam's beachfront lawn is a great, landscaped outdoor area directly facing the ocean and just steps away from having your toes in the sand. The beachfront lawn is accessible by a wooden stairway that leads down to property below Sam's. The area is a wonderful location to exchange your vows, or get married on the sandy beach below and have your reception just steps away on the lawn. It's also a great place to enjoy one of Sam's authentic Lobster Clambakes.
